NEWPORT HEIGHTS AND CLIFFHAVEN - I like to think of this treasured residential enclave as the “Ozzie and Harriet” area of Newport Beach. Many of the streets are lined with mature shade trees, yards are meticulously cared for like an English garden, and it is a family oriented community. Many of the homes have taken on a facelift or been completely rebuilt over the years. Kings Road and areas of Cliff Drive are considered the “gems” of this area, as the homes offer views of Newport Harbor and the majority of them are recently built or renovated estate-sized homes.
