LINDA ISLE -  All 125 custom homes here are waterfront with a private dock that will accommodate a large yacht, among a few other water toys. Years ago, called “Shark Island” for its many shark sightings (but that was then).  Instead, these days you are more likely to sight a local business tycoon, celebrity, or movie film crews.
